In recognition of your 50th reunion (or your status as a member of the Alumni Emeriti Society), the Friday luncheon, Saturday presentation, and any other Colonials Weekend activities you attend are complimentary for you and one guest! Please view the full schedule of events to plan your full weekend.
This year, during Colonials Weekend, the Class of 1968 celebrates their 50th reunion! In honor of this milestone, GW looks forward to honoring you at two special events.
Friday, October 26
First, we hope you’ll join us at your luncheon celebration on Friday, October 26:
50-year Reunion Luncheon Celebration & Special Campus Tour
Luncheon: 12–1:15 pm
Presentation - Conservatism in 1968: 1:30-3pm
Bus Tour: 3-5pm
This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect and reminisce; hear from current faculty and student; and take a group photo with your classmates with the Washington, D.C. skyline as your backdrop. Immediately following lunch we’ll take you on a special bus tour to explore both the old and new sites (and sights) on GW’s Foggy Bottom campus and the surrounding Washington, DC area.
Saturday, October 27
Then, on Saturday, October 27 we invite you to be our special guests at the presentation:
Marvin Center Amphitheater
800 21st St NW, Washington, DC 20052
